ATTORNEY BIO

Zach brings extensive legal expertise to Strauss Law Group, most recently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the New Hampshire Department of Justice where he handled complex cases of public corruption and financial fraud.


At the New Hampshire Department of Justice, Zach served in the Public Integrity Unit, Drug Prosecution Unit, and Youth Detention Center Prosecution Unit. He investigated and prosecuted a broad spectrum of crimes, including public corruption, law enforcement misconduct, financial fraud, and drug trafficking, and represented the State of New Hampshire in civil asset forfeiture proceedings arising out of serious drug offenses.


Prior to serving as an Assistant Attorney General, Zach worked as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer for a national safety equipment supplier, and served as law clerk to retired Senior Associate Justice Gary E. Hicks of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and as a law clerk to judges of the New Hampshire Superior Court.


Zach received his J.D., magna cum laude as a Daniel Webster Scholar from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude in Criminal Justice from Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts.
